I have been a member for about 10yrs and I’m considering changing to another bank because it’s just inconvenient to drive across town to make a deposit. Also, every ATM (other than theirs) will charge a $3 fee to withdraw, and their ATM’s are not conveniently located. Other than these issues, the staff has always been pleasant and professional to deal with.
