Friendly license service. No lines every time I’ve been here. In and out in minutes to get vehicles registered. Yay. Thanks.9/10/2019 Update: Disappointed that the office staff cut off driver permit processing 1 hour before the published closing time. We were there today with an excited teenager 70 min before closing time and were turned away because it was too close to closing. He had even completed the test online already. That’s kind of lame. Lowering my rating from 5 stars to 4. 9/11/19 Update: Mrs. Grumpy was at the licensing counter again today and was once again rude to us. OMG it was the quintessential MVD attitude. She should leave her attitude at home. Lowering my rating by another star to 3.

Hmmm, I think I'm a friendly, positive person but I walked in there to get my DL renewed and no one looked up, said hello or anything. 3 women @ computers typing away, guy was helping someone. After several minutes I noticed the sign in sheet so i signed in, then waited several more minutes. Guy was done waiting on other person in there, nobody but me standing there waiting No one ever looked at me, acknowledged my existence, whatever...so guess I'm headed to the main dmv tomorrow. How does this place stay in business?

After having okay experiences in the past, I have to say Jess/Jessica’s Service is lacking in both courtesy and professionalism. We first spoke after I received a certified letter from Lori and I called in. She stated she was a supervisor but after we couldn’t resolve the problem with my sons permit and I found her answers to not apply I asked to talk to Lori. I repeated I would rather speak with Lori or Jessica’s supervisor and she repeatedly told me she was A supervisor. Now after receiving another letter (not certified) stating my sons new permit has been canceled (due to their mistake) and that I would have to deal with MVD I called back. I left a message with someone asking LORI to call me back (she again signed the letter). Within minutes Jessica was calling telling me I said I wouldn’t comply (didn’t happen) and that I had to deal with MVD. I reiterated I wanted to speak with her supervisor or Lori. She talked over me on numerous occasions and then yelled at me when I talked over her. She hung up on me twice. I assume I won’t get a call back from Lori or Jessica’s supervisor, whomever that may be. So I will take off work and pay ANOTHER fee to get my sons permit due to their minor mistake and Jessica’s gross unprofessionalism.

DO NOT depend on them for licence services. Due to a technicality in the way they filed paperwork with the MVD I was led to believe I had a valid license and I do not. This mistake has cost me hundreds of dollars and jail time

The person handling drivers license was very rude. Went there 3 times and gave up. Went to DMV very efficient and friendly.

Title transfer nightmare. Had all documentation, signatures, minor error made by notary. They gave me a form for seller to sign (had to track seller down, 2 trips to Phx in 2 days - ugh). Went to Flagstaff DMV and got it handled in 10 minutes. Completely incompetent staff. Do not bother. Wait for the DMV to open, go there, handle it and be glad you avoided this terrible place.

They charge more than a standard DMV (when I was told over the phone it would only be $20), breaks up an already pricey transaction into multiple charges so they can charge you a $10 service fee for each. Heard them talk badly about a vet after he asked for a discount because they added an extra $30 on into by splitting it up. I'm not sure if theirs a reason for it but over all when there's another DMV about 15min away its not worth coming here.

I love this place. I’ve used them multiple times for car related paper work and they have never disappointed me. They are great at what they do and because of that I don’t have to take blood pressure medication anymore.
