Stopped in on Black Friday to pull out cash, and requested new ATMs card for husband and myself, as both have numbers worn off. They wouldn't let me put in the order for my husband's. So ridiculous. I could drain the joint account on my signature alone, so why not just let me order him a checkcard? He is worked very long days in retail right now, and the last thing he needs to be doing is driving to the bank for a stupid checkcard. Also, she said he could call. That, in and of itself, is also a hassle when dealing with AZFCU. #2019Goals - New Bank.Updated: 11/27/18: Called in and Shelby took care of this for me. She handled the dual request of both cards. It was not an issue. Shelby was a true representative, and high merits to Shelby for taking care of the customer. She should be promoted!The lady at the Scottsdale branch, I believe, was judging me. I believe it's because I said I couldn't read the number for online orders off my card. At any rate, she neglected to perform a service, and frankly, I think she is bad for this branch. In today's era, you need to provide exceptional customer service, because if you won't, the next bank will, and that is what customers are seeking.
