Feedback:

The lag in posting checking account balances after the CU has issued payments is totally obscene. If a person kept their balance as lazily as the online accounts, we all would B in terrible trouble. If the checks/electronic actions can B accomplished, WHY can't the balances reflect so? I had payments to B issued Thursday July 5, 2018. As of Monday July 9, 2018 my balance is still the same as Wednesday July 4, 2018, the day my membership was deducted. THAT they can do quickly. IT needs to get on the ball & forget about all the "pretty" & become EFFICIENT! Yes, I'm angry & delayed any comment for too long. My post is a flat 2, not 2.8!

I’ve had a car loan for a year now from Santander at 15.7% and 431$ a month payments never missed a payment! My credit is up from a year ago as well! Ask Az federal to refinance my car loan which my car is worth 22,000$ they said, and the loan amount would be 18,000$ well under their guidelines for what it needs to be! The guy said he could get me 7.99% interest rate with the numbers he had in front of him! And of course they deny me the loan and their reason is because I just started started my own business a year ago and haven’t filed taxes yet! Even tho I have bank statements with over 8,000$ a month Unbelievable! So instead of them getting my payment now I’ll continue to pay Santander! Santander is the best!! You have someone here who has been paying a year straight with no problems and you deny a perfectly good potential client/customer who could and would spend money and open accounts with you!! Doesn’t make any sense what so ever.

I work nights so I sleep during bank hours. And when I try to go deposit money in my account the damn cash slot is always broken on the outside atm so I could never deposit when I need too. Plz fix ur cash slot on atm to not do that it’s the only bank close to my job I can use. It would be nice not to have to worry bout that...

Stopped in on Black Friday to pull out cash, and requested new ATMs card for husband and myself, as both have numbers worn off. They wouldn't let me put in the order for my husband's. So ridiculous. I could drain the joint account on my signature alone, so why not just let me order him a checkcard? He is worked very long days in retail right now, and the last thing he needs to be doing is driving to the bank for a stupid checkcard. Also, she said he could call. That, in and of itself, is also a hassle when dealing with AZFCU. #2019Goals - New Bank.Updated: 11/27/18: Called in and Shelby took care of this for me. She handled the dual request of both cards. It was not an issue. Shelby was a true representative, and high merits to Shelby for taking care of the customer. She should be promoted!The lady at the Scottsdale branch, I believe, was judging me. I believe it's because I said I couldn't read the number for online orders off my card. At any rate, she neglected to perform a service, and frankly, I think she is bad for this branch. In today's era, you need to provide exceptional customer service, because if you won't, the next bank will, and that is what customers are seeking.

I have had an Arizona Federal account for 2+ years and used it as a primary account. They recently put a "7 Business Day" hold on $1,550 worth of checks and froze my account without any indication as to why. I went into this location to see what was going on, only to be left clueless and confused. The "7 business day hold", when you include President's Day and the weekend results in a 12 day hold of my checks and frozen account. That means 12 days of not being able to have any bills paid, Uber's ordered or access to my money. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND THAT NOBODY USE THIS FINANCIAL SERVICE COMPANY!
