I have a water softener for my house and the loan is through Aqua Finance. DO NOT apply for anything through this company! They are cheaters! They placed a lien on my home WITHOUT disclosing any information to me. I only found out about it now that I am trying to sell my home and come to find out, they placed a lien on my house!!! Without my knowledge or any kind of legitimate reason aside from “protecting their own interests.” We’ve been making consistent payments for YEARS! There was absolutely no reason for them to place a lien on my house. Cheating and lying scum!I was NOT notified on April 14th, 2016 about the lien placed on my home. Let’s make things clear right now. I moved to a different state and started the selling process my home in June of 2017. I moved toa different state August of 2017. My REALTOR and title company are the ones that informed my husband an I of this lien. Please DO NOT answer to me and LIE.
