First the sales representative lie about the monthly payments. I mailed 2 months of payments 2 weeks before expired, they claim that the check didn't arrive. They advise me to cancel the check, then they try to cash it. They are a bad customer service, bad equipment, and they have the nerve to tell me I'm stock with the contract. I am going to make sure to campaign so other people don't get screwed over too.

Horrible service and ripoff -stay away from this Comp. The Cst Svs is so ugly too. They will let you sign docs and they will open a saving acc with Connex Credit Union so just everyone's be aware of this-they are selling your private informations.

I have a water softener for my house and the loan is through Aqua Finance. DO NOT apply for anything through this company! They are cheaters! They placed a lien on my home WITHOUT disclosing any information to me. I only found out about it now that I am trying to sell my home and come to find out, they placed a lien on my house!!! Without my knowledge or any kind of legitimate reason aside from “protecting their own interests.” We’ve been making consistent payments for YEARS! There was absolutely no reason for them to place a lien on my house. Cheating and lying scum!I was NOT notified on April 14th, 2016 about the lien placed on my home. Let’s make things clear right now. I moved to a different state and started the selling process my home in June of 2017. I moved toa different state August of 2017. My REALTOR and title company are the ones that informed my husband an I of this lien. Please DO NOT answer to me and LIE.

Financed central air. They opened a credit card instead of just a loan. And they won't calculate payments made ahead of time so that they can charge the maximum amount of interest. The billing statements never reflect what I've actually paid and speaking with someone over the phone does not clarify it. It's confusing and frustrating! I just want to see what I owe easily!
