I disputed a charge from them, called them to get more info but were closed at 2 PM on a regular business day. Rates aren't great now this...I'm moving to another provider.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! They are extremely rude and offer no help. Lee Obrien has the nastiest attitude and can careless about the issues that you have, they terminated our service and on top of that they want to keep charging us $137 for May when we were not able to use the terminal at all.THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! THEY ARE A RIP OFF

It has been one bad experience after another with this company. They kill you with hidden fees and extend your contact if you do not cancel within 90 days of your contact expiration date. They take 2 full business days to deposit your money. They have double billed my customers and then was extremely rude to me when I called to resolve the issue . My representative will not email me back, so I have to call customer service. It has been a really bad experience compared to other companies in the past. I do not recommend them at all! I have a reminder set in my phone this year to cancel service with them.

I am a member of ACN and i was promotin anovia and let me start by saying that this was the worst mistake i made in my life. Having Anovia at my busines was the case of downfall for my entire business. I am only glad i did not have any of my friends try something as terrible as Anovia. The service aka "speed" took 20-30 secs. It makes sense thought. After talking with the manager at Anovia regarding my issue his response wasthis is the speed of our system and there's nothing i can do to help". Such an irresponsible company and no integrity. i am surprise is an A+ on BBB. BEWARE ACN members or customers, dont sign up with Anovia because theyll and WILL scam you of your moneys to the pennies.

wonder if i can give half star for the worst business in usa best rates yea right but worst customer service ever rude people helpless always late on depositing money to my business bank account if you have a business and you want it to be successful do not sign a contract with them because yea they make it sweet with the low rates but once you sign with them you will regret it %100 then you will have to pay almost $500 to terminate the lease with them

Anovia Payments has shown to be dishonest and extremely hard to communicate with. We are a church and signed up with them for easy giving. It has been everything but easy. We haven't used the system for over 2 years, but still keep receiving charges. I was told when I set up account that monthly fees would be approx. $10 a month, we are not using it at all, and are being charged 50-70 a month. I have never been so frustrated or disappointed with a service. Also, I was told verbally when setting up the account that if we ever need to close it, and would not be going to another service, it would be easy. Instead, I discover an almost $500 termination fee that does not decrease with time. When I call, it is always..."some one will call you back within 24 hours". My time is limited and this is unacceptable.

I was referred to this company by an ACN representative. When signing up, the Anovia representative I worked with never explained nor mentioned any of the random fees charged. Though I was sent ample amount of paperwork via email and various phone conversations, not a word was mentioned regarding fees. All of my commission has gone to said fees. Like buying a car, there should have been some kind of conversation when entering into a contract. I was only in business from March 2017 until August 2017. I didn't receive my card reader until mid-late April. I did not use this card reader every month and yet was still charged monthly as well as randomly, for it. Including an annual fee- when I haven't been in "contract" for at least 6 months. More or less, I have been selling my products for free, as I have been incapable of pocketing a dime because I cannot keep up with the astronomical costs- I have spent well over $500 in fees alone. I will never again use this company. I surely will not recommend them, but rather share my horrendous experience and encourage the use of other companies. Due to this atrocious service, I have been attempting to cancel. Please note, I am being charged a $495 cancellation fee.
