I had great friendly service, super quick, and no issues. The people giving this a one star don't seem to understand how creditors or credit work. You messed up, take responsibility, and don't whine when it hits your credit numerous times. I had a long haul coming back from a divorce and putting myself back through school so I get it's frustrating but at the end of the day, pay when you can and get it over with. Note: people with good credit aren't on here complaining so I'm doing the leg work to become one of those people. No one is going to do this for you but you.
