While making regular payments they continue to harass you by phone. Told them to stop calling me, so they went ahead and apparently out of spite shut down my online access too so I could not pay my bill online. Forced me to call THEM to reopen my account so I could pay it off. Worse than playing breakup games with a crazy ex girlfriend. I'll be filing reports on them and their double billing overcharging client Aurora Health Care-less to the CFPB, FTC state AG and BBB.
