American Pacific Mortgage is a gem nestled in Gig Harbor North! Debbie Mishko and her team are extremely knowledgeable and work hard on behalf of their clients. We recently completed a very complicated refinance as it included 2 properties and 2 other lenders and I am simply amazed at what APM was able to do for me. They said it would take about 3 weeks, and 3 weeks it was. They were prompt in asking me for information I needed and I was prompt in getting it to them, so that helped the process move along as projected. I will never go anywhere else!
