Debbie and Kelsey are just a class act! For every request they had, I was given a secure portal to send sensitive information. The transaction had to be the easiest loan I've ever gotten for a house. On the flip side of that, when they asked for something, I didn't procrastinate...I sent it over immediately. That was a first for me. :)Thank you again so much. American Pacific Mortgage is a gem nestled in Gig Harbor North! Debbie Mishko and her team are extremely knowledgeable and work hard on behalf of their clients. We recently completed a very complicated refinance as it included 2 properties and 2 other lenders and I am simply amazed at what APM was able to do for me. They said it would take about 3 weeks, and 3 weeks it was. They were prompt in asking me for information I needed and I was prompt in getting it to them, so that helped the process move along as projected. I will never go anywhere else!
