Feedback:

Today I went in to change my name on my account and Nil L was so amazing, she was able to take extra time for me to open two additional accounts. She was a really big help and Was extremely personable.

Not referring anyone if they're planning to buy a house..so much information we needed as first time home buyers n they decide to gather all of our info at the last couple of weeks of closing..this is the secnd time they pushed us back a week even after saying that it was the final information they needed..now what are we going to say to family members comming to stay for labor day...sooo upset right now

I went in there the other week and had some simple questions about my account and was told by the teller that the account specialist was busy, so I said "It's only a few questions, I'll wait". Five minutes later, still no response, so I went to the teller again and he said "she's still in the middle of a project, if you want I can have her call you back". Now this whole time I could see her (nose in her computer) not more than 15 feet from the teller. They were communicating by phone as if she couldn't be bothered to take a few moments to even acknowledge me. It's as if I was at the DMV, or Circuit Court contesting a traffic ticket. Let me give you some good advice - when a customer walks into your branch in a similar situation, stop your project and answer their questions. If you want a better Google rating than low twos, let your people know that people are more important than projects and that, that "project" doesn't have the ability to write a public review or relate their experiences to 10, 20 or even 100 other people.

Got an auto loan through this company as recommended by the dealership, instead of going through our normal bank. Never got a bill, so I called to check on it. They stated I now have a late fee on my account. Again, never received a bill. I have never been late to pay a bill in my life. Definitely not happy with the decision to go with this company.

I went in there this past Monday and opened a checking account at this branch and was told that my money would be available sometime on Tuesday. I thought "great, I'll go ahead and open up the account". Tuesday comes along and I tried to make a purchase and my funds weren't available so I figured "No problem, they haven't cleared it yet, I'll just call them up and see what's going on. I called them up and they informed me that not only were my funds not available but that a five-day (business days) hold had been put on my account. Now mind you, this was a government issued check from Social Security, I had all the proper identification and I was assured that there would be no problem getting my money the next day. I thought wrong, so now I'm very upset - I told them to close my account and give me a check for the amount I had deposited so I can go to another bank and open up an account with them. She told me that they couldn't do that because there was a five day hold on the funds. I said "it's my money and I want my money back, now, not 5 business days from now!". She put me on hold and talked with someone and then came back and told me that my money would be available no later than 3pm that day. I thought, "okay, I'll tell my landlord I can pay rent today and I'll be able to get the medication I need". 2:45pm rolls around and I call the bank to see if my funds are available - I was informed that "No, they aren't available yet, there is a five day hold on the money. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and after a few minutes I was transferred to her voicemail - not her. I then called back and said I need to speak to her not her voicemail and not some 24 hour call center. I was then informed that she was aware of the situation and would call me as soon as she knew what was going on.Over an hour later I called back again and asked why she hadn't contacted me yet and was informed that she was still working on it. I then told them they had 15 minutes to call me back and if I hadn't heard anything I was coming in there for my money and to close my account.She finally called me back and informed me that because it was a government issued check, I should have had the funds available immediately and promised me that the money would be available some time yesterday, it might be 10pm but some time yesterday.Fast forward to today 7am. I went online to check my account balance and it said that $799.00 was available and I said "okay, it might have gone through". I went to go make a purchase at two separate places and to try and deposit some money in my PayPal account and guess what ? I still couldn't access my money. So now I have to call the bank again and talk to Emma, (a manager, I think) and inform her that I still don't have access to my money. Just to let everyone know, I need that money to pay rent but most importantly to buy medication that I'm now out of and will most likely go into withdrawal from not being on, actually it's not likely, it's certainly.Had I been given my money like I was told they would do three times ago, I wouldn't be in this mess and had I been able to close my account yesterday, I would have been able to open up an account at a bank which actually could follow through with their promises. Now, I'm going to have to see if I can at least get $200.00 dollars out so I can go buy a throw away credit card so I can at least order my medication. Their incompetency has resulted in putting me in a very dangerous situation. That's all the money I have to my name. Thanks for nothing, actually thanks for worse than nothing.UPDATE: As of 9:30am, my funds are now available. I'm going to give them two stars because at least they were able to resolve the issue.

I had someone write a check to me from this bank. I needed to cash it immediately and my bank wasn't nearby. They allowed me to cash it here with no fee. I called ahead and their friendly staff made these accommodations for me.
