Nicole is the best! We were originally at the location up the street and since they closed at 6 they basically told us they could no longer help us cause they were closed. They told us to come to this location! Nicole and Hillary helped us until an hour after they closed! Although our issue was not resolved that same night Nicole worked super hard and was able to resolve it the next day! I am super content with her and highly recommend her! Thank you Nicole!

Went here insted of my normal branch and the manager was very nice and helped me get a transamerica check cashed. I'll be going here from now on

It was horrible service. The girl didn't know what I said and she didn't clarify. Was not friendly at all. Didn't try to make conversation. I hate the service at Harmon's and now I definitely won't be back (to the Harmon's or the AFCU). Bye Felicia.

I think a One Star review is way too generous to give to this AFCU Branch! I went into this Branch to cash a check written to me by my Wife who has an account with AFCU. I have never been treated so poorly by a financial institution as I was at this Branch! Honestly I felt like I was some kind of Criminal! I was told because I was not a member of this financial institution I was "Required " by federal law to show 2 forms of ID and to give them my right index fingerprint. I refused to give my fingerprint stating I felt it was a violation of my right to privacy! I was told that if I would bring my Wife in, or open an account at AFCU with that check they were refusing me service! This was the Branch Manager speaking to me! She also told me that I was welcome to take it to my own "Financial Institution" (which is a direct competitor) to either cash it or deposit it. I was told that since I was not "A Member" they had no obligation to me! I was also told that they would flag my Wife's account with a note! Whatever that meant? Bottom line; Very poor customer service!

At one time I loved banking there but they aren't people friendly anymore, run away fees for everything and no one can answer a question without checking here and checking there and in the end no answers. At one time credit unions was better than banks now their all the same fee driven big money wall street.
