Very bad services and staff not friendly and rude. My Registration Card for car missing when i want to collect. The reason "we dont know why missing", ask me going to JPJ for Print duplicate Registration Card. After 3 days fully settlement still not received yet e realised letter. Never pick up phone. I hope Ambank please take not the issue. Not me but can see a lot of people complain this issue never pick up phone.
