Sucks, I was shocked to find this notice on the gate and what I can do now is continue to wait and my car continue to stay at the workshop pending to be fixed. Terrible arrangement and the worst part is the bank's storage instruction and the service centre doesn't sync, this has cause a huge hassle to customers who is in need of getting the registration card ready during this period. Worst project management ever.

Very bad services and staff not friendly and rude. My Registration Card for car missing when i want to collect. The reason "we dont know why missing", ask me going to JPJ for Print duplicate Registration Card. After 3 days fully settlement still not received yet e realised letter. Never pick up phone. I hope Ambank please take not the issue. Not me but can see a lot of people complain this issue never pick up phone.
