Good luck ever trying to get ahold of anyone to fix any of your credit card issues. Great setup, and ease of use but my lord if you have an issue they don’t answer their phones. I even have 2 Allegiance employees in my phone just incase the mainline (which never works) is busy. It is literally hopeless. I’m planning on changing soon. It’s sad because the rates are pretty good, I love the terminals too, but I am sick of this bs.
