😢😢😢😢😢😢 a one-star is even too much if I could I would put a 0 I was just put on hold for 16 minutes the person came back to me was so rude I'm a customer looking for general information and the way I was talk to is so disgusting... so rude... no patience ...if I could rate a zero I will put a zero I'm being generous by giving them a one-star don't ever ever bank with them 😭😭😭😭😭😢😢😢 customer service they're rude I thought we were doing business.. we were human try to have a little respect for your customers please
