Client Review on Alden Credit Union

Feedback:

Have had a loan since last September 18' its June 2019 now. Problems with account, over a $2 late fee. My credit score dropped -100 points. I called in and was professional and said very plainly I need to resolve this however you can. I told them I thought it was a clerical error however I was willing to take responsibility if we could have a show of faith and 'goodwill adjustment' made to my account to remove the late payment. They sent me a letter in the mail saying simply it was my fault and there was nothing that they could do to help me. I told them I would make an extra payment, or I could set up auto pay, anything to fix the problem. They were absolutely 100% against helping me in any way. Still trying to resolve months later, no help from Alden. They couldn't care less.
