Client Review on Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union

Feedback:

I don't even know where to start. set everything up over the phone to get a loan so we could literally walk in and take care of it. apparently there was no record of it and or the appointment. the reason we took care of everything ahead of time and make an appointment was because we are far away and so was the person that met us at the bank to receive the money, in the opposite direction. then there was no help that could be done. 3 people drove to the bank and received no help. so I asked if there was anything they could do and they were closing to soon apparently to do 5 minutes of work when there was 30 minutes til close. I could go on. very disappointing on all different angles.
