My wife and I chose Monica through our real estate agent and friends recommendation. We are very grateful and feel really fortunate to have had Monica by our side during the entire loan process. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and explained everything to us. She didn't mind repeating information to us so we understood the financial terms and lingo. Monica was so patient with us and especially when we brought our toddler with us. She would make sure he was comfortable and would let him play with the toys she kept in the office. We have much appreciation for the hard work Monica spent on our loan, even working weekends and evenings to accommodate our schedule. She and her team are very professional and supportive and took great care of us from our first visit with her, even to after we were settled in our dream home.
