Monica really gave us a sense of peace in midst of the chaos. She was so patient, caring, and supportive during the whole process. We love her so much and appreciate all the work she put into getting our loan and helping us make the transition. She consistently went above and beyond what she was asked to do and pushed the process along as fast as she could. Even when we didn't have all of our documents she found other ways to get them. Amazing and by far the best. Our selling and buying agents loved her as well. She helped us in the process of buying our first house, selling the house, and buying the 2nd house. This was number 2 move and we used her for both moves. When we move again we will use her. There are not enough words to say how grateful we are for her and her team at academy mortgage.
