Therefore, approval comes back quickly because she has done her job on the first round.She usually answers her phone on the first ring, which is astounding. You can hear her smile through the phone when you listen carefully. Right through the phone, there's Monica's smile.Lastly, if there are complications, that's when she brings her creativity into the mix. It's a must in the real estate business where there is as many different situations as there are people in the world.
