Client Review on AAA Newburyport

We were told and given a pamphlet that there is a 24 hour number to call when you are on a road trip and get tired but haven't reached your destination and need to find accommodations. The agent said you could call this number and tell them, "I'm in such and such a place and I need a hotel room with a 'whatever-sized' bed, non-smoking and under $???" and that the agent on the other end of the line would find you the options near you.....24/7. Well guess what" We tried it and the agent said that, in fact, NO, AAA does not do that and the department that could have helped us closes at 5:00. We were caught in torrential rain in Delaware and it was 11:30 at night. Bad move AAA agent.
