Client Review on AAA Newburyport

Feedback:

Whoever is there apparently cant be bothered to answer the phone. Called more than once, tried more than one extension. Eventually got an operator who dialed the location direct. If there is only one agent there with a customer, you answer the phone and say something, not ignore completely as the phone rings for over 5 minutes, then again... then again... then again. I tried over the span of 20 minutes. Not acceptable. Conversely, getting out of work at 1pm on a Saturday doesn't mean you ignore a call at noon. I see another user named Nancy had the same problem at the same time (noon) on the same day of the week. I will go to another less conveniently located branch, as I am happy with the company itself. AAA should get someone who is competent with customer service and/or isn't lazy at this one.For reference, it is now 12:20p on August 4th, 2018.
