Client Review on 1st national bankcard

Feedback:

I have been lied to every time that I have spoken with these people, was told that they only charge 2% that's not true it's more like 5% that they charge. I have to watch my bank account daily to make sure they are not charging me for whatever they think they can get away with. They charged me $34.95 because their machine didn't work for a month. I didn't know it didn't work. If you use these people for your credit card service you will need a lot of extra time to listen to the lies and excuses and they will still take your money and not return your calls when you want to know why they have done what they did. I have waited today for them to call me back in 10 minutes and it has now been over an hour. I would run from this company. The worst thing I did was thinking they would maybe help but that has not been the case with them.
