They came to my company and lied regarding rates charged and now are charging $295.00 for cancelling their lousy service. I would never use them again. Run, don't walk if they come around.

The sales rep told my husband we would only be billed for transactions when we used terminal. We were billed before it was even set up or even showed us how to use it. Currently getting the run around about canceling a product we have never used. (-84.95 of charges) This is fraud.

My credit card company just dumped me one day. No notice. First national set me up in 2 days and instead of paying more than 3% I am paying less than 2%. Thank you merchant services for cancelling my account. You saved me thousands!

I have been lied to every time that I have spoken with these people, was told that they only charge 2% that's not true it's more like 5% that they charge. I have to watch my bank account daily to make sure they are not charging me for whatever they think they can get away with. They charged me $34.95 because their machine didn't work for a month. I didn't know it didn't work. If you use these people for your credit card service you will need a lot of extra time to listen to the lies and excuses and they will still take your money and not return your calls when you want to know why they have done what they did. I have waited today for them to call me back in 10 minutes and it has now been over an hour. I would run from this company. The worst thing I did was thinking they would maybe help but that has not been the case with them.
