Client Review on Zions Bank Washington

Feedback:

I am a poor student. I supposedly had my account set up so that attempted overdrafts are denied. An overdraft went through anyway and I was referred to the Washington, Utah branch manager, Mark. I explained to Mark that I had some financial troubles due to limited work as a student. Mark refused to waive the daily overdraft fees that were never supposed to go through in the first place (he said that not allowing the overdraft to go through was "optional" for the bank even though being able to opt out of allowing overdrafts is a a federal law). He also proceeded to insult me for my financial situation and lecture me on not making enough money compared to what I had spent when the overdraft happened. I was just trying to make ends meet. He was overall very rude. He's one of those human pieces of garbage who thinks he's better than other people and has no empathy for the situation of others. He should not be in customer service, but I suppose it's the best he could hope to amount to in life. He's a man who is so petty he feels the need to insult the customers when his only job in life is to try to help them. Would not recommend talking to him as he'll probably imply that you're a bad person for getting in a tight financial spot.
