Feedback:

Zions Bank is HORRIBLE! Stay far away from this corporation. This has nothing to do with the Tooele branch but the company as a whole. Especially they're policy regarding fraudulent charges on your personal bank account.

Feedback:

Great customer service! Andrew and Maxine really go above and beyond for their clients! Thanks guys!

Feedback:

Love the drive thru window so I don’t have to interact with staff members. They haven’t treated me nicely multiple times when I go into the building, acted like I wasn’t important or didn’t seem to care I was there.

Feedback:

Service was quick but the customer service was horrible. I made a deposit and got my change all over the counter along with the receipt. Felt pretty disrespectful, especially when your training someone.

Feedback:

Drive thru is not open til 2 pm like website says

Wow (XMas 2018)... I guess I should have read reviews from Zion's Tooele Branch Im lost for words that the the person with 35 years (Maxine) with Zion's would have a job after her parade of Rude and Non-Business conduct. I was excited that Zion's had other Western Bank Affiliates to do business but within a week i would find out that getting my cash from Maxine - Zion's Branch (like she owns it) would be joke. Maxine with no explanation refused to release my funds that were mysteriously frozen by her (no court order or any fed withhold). I worked with the Nevada State bank - Affiliate to withdrawn money while on a business trip - just seeing how unorganized Tooele Branch was for them to deal with - I apologized to the branch manager for the rude attitude. It was embarrassing listening to Maxine fumble around over my phone since she insisted to speak to teller (How Unprofessional and certainly unsanitary. If you bank with Zion's then you know your in a 2 to 3 hour ridiculous wait for customer service who can't do anything. Since being frozen they can only see my name. I called the branch repeatedly and got rolled over at least 100 times. (my employer would wonder why so many roll overs) and having to speak with the most hateful person (Should be fired or retired) she only allow me to get 40 dollars for gas ... so i end my business and head back to deal with Maxine and when arrived at the branch nice teller who helped me was super nice and Maxine being irritated with paperwork came over to let teller know i was closing my account. Which she insisted i do.. She was so rude that i said i would be fired if i treated customers like she did to me. I will Never do business with Zion's and I will tell everyone and file a complaint with the FTC and Bank Regulators. Im surprised she can even be insured or bonded. Don't Bank here... And the Branch Manager .. What the hell you doing there. I suggested to CEO-Board members to get this location in check. If you need affidavit to facilitate the true. I'd be happy to have my attorney take care of it. ***should be negative starts but can't post unless you leave a pitiful 1.

Feedback:

Personnel are polite but seem undertrained for many situations. They also seem a bit scattered at times (short staffed?). Phone wait times are outrageous.

This firm has ripped me off several times, the most recent being my deceased Mother’s account. When she passed away, I initiated a probate proceeding and was appointed Personal Representative of her estate to settle all remaining matters. I approached this very location with all the necessary paperwork to reflect her passing and my authority to act on her behalf. They were fully aware she had passed. At this time, I told them I did not wish to close the account (BIG mistake) due to uncertainty of funds needed to settle other debts on her behalf. Once I had gotten her in the ground, sold her house in Florida and resolved everything else, I went back to close her account here. They explained to me there was nothing left due to dormant fee charges (along with OTHER charges) they had placed on her remaining funds. I told them they had all the necessary paperwork on file to show she had passed, and I had requested a freeze on the account upon my first visit and that I wished the charges to be reversed, the MANAGER became VERY rude with me and asked me to leave. I never even raised my voice. I considered suing them but was still grieving.I’m grateful for this platform to share this information.

Feedback:

Not happy with their customer service at all. Have been treated rudely on more than one occasion. Their interest rates for car loans are double what credit unions are offering even with decent credit scores. I will be switching to all 7 of my accounts to a the credit union that offered my the lowest interest rate on my car loan even though I have had no dealings with them.
