Feedback:

I came in to create a checking account and I received fast service and was able to make an account within 25 minutes.

Feedback:

I went there and had a short wait, but then helpful and efficient service. I'm sure I will be back.

Feedback:

I have always received great service at this branch location with their tellers , loan officers, etc. Employees are quick, helpful and friendly. Location is super convenient too!

Feedback:

Zions Bank is an Absolute Joke! I have never dealt with such a difficult, demeaning banking institution in all of my life! They have absolutely Zero Regards for Customer Service! In completely baffles me how businesses think they can treat their customers so poorly when customers use online ratings for big and little decisions every day. They have little fees for everything, they seem to be so put out when you have to do a simple transaction, they look down on you if you aren't a made of money, if you are trying to borrow $50,000 for a small business loan (for examples sake) they require you to already have $75,000 in the bank (yeah....bank logic there) and they are slow at what they do! As soon as I one of my loans paid off with them, I am out of there! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BANK ELSEWHERE....ANYWHERE ELSE!

Feedback:

I have banked at this location for many years. The service has declined considerably throughout the years. I know that when I go to the drive through I’m in for at least a 15 minute wait. No matter the time of day. When we started our business almost 4 years ago, we decided to open our business account at a different bank. What a pleasant surprise that has been. I often go to both banks one right after the other. The stark contrast between the two is huge. At the other bank I receive quick, friendly, efficient service. At Zions bank I receive frustration.....and fees. They LOVE to charge you for everything they can possibly think of. I will be switching my accounts out as soon as I can find a few hours to manage it.

Feedback:

Total fraudulent bank

Feedback:

Customer service and communications poor. People have time to send off an unsigned letter but not to speak with you personally to explain what happened with "their" mistake or to even return a telephone call when requested.

Feedback:

There is a short lady that works and the second counter to the right that is very rude and is very disrespectful. I had come in to deposit money into the bank and she had entered the information in the computer incorrectly ($30,000 off) and insisted that she had done it right. I am very disappointed with the service there and will be closing my account with them.

Feedback:

I've really been hesitant to post this, but I feel it's within my integrity to do so to let others know and help in saving them their time and emotions with a poor experience. I won't go into any boring details, however the fact of the matter is that I was 100% transparent in my finances and attempt in obtaining a financing on my home. The loan officer I dealt with who repeatedly promised they could do the deal no problem, within 2 weeks (within 10 years experience, nonetheless), would go through without a hitch. Well, I was 5 weeks in when I had to withdraw my financing with Zion's Bank. At that point there was no end in sight.I received hardly any communication. I had to reach out for weekly updates, and emailed out to check in on how things were going. When I would call in, I would rarely (1 in 4 times maybe) get a call back. It would be days and sometimes I would never hear back, until another 'issue' on their end came up. Trust me when I say, I did not have a difficult scenario. I was over-promised and was on the verge of bait-and-switched with them. So many items related to financing changed in during the course of this loan process that near the end of the loan, they were having me apply for a commercial/business loan on my primary residence... I'm in the industry and was just shocked at how this process was mis-handled.My advice to anyone thinking about pursuing any sort of home financing with this company is to avoid this place at all costs. There are many other local mortgage financing companies that know their products and their guidelines, will be realistic in their timeframes, will communicate on a regular basis, and who will actually close your loan! I took the 'word' of this loan officer and now regret it (I even asked to get confirmation with a call to their underwriting department to make sure of everything). The 5 weeks in interest of the loan I was currently paying on and trying to refinance out of, added up over that 5 weeks I wasted during this process totals out to over $2,800! It's makes me sick to my stomach thinking of it, so please... take my advice and do not get your home financing here.

Feedback:

I have banked with Zions Bank for over 10 years, my parents have been with Zions Bank for 20+ years, my siblings used to bank with them etc. When I first started banking with Zions Bank, they were very personable and helpful. Sadly, I have seen a huge decrease in their customer service. My wife and I have 2 checking accounts, a savings account, a business checking account and have done a few auto loans through them. We tried several times to get a business loan when we first tried to open our business a few years ago and they wouldn't give us the time of day. Now, fast forward a few years later and our business is bringing in over $400,000 in revenue each year. When we went to go speak to them again to try and secure another loan to expand to a second location they told us that we could borrow 5th of what we were seeking....again, no help at all. And, just today I went in to get some paperwork notarized (please note that I have had 3 documents notarized with Zions Bank in the last year, free of charge), the lady I have worked with in the past told me that there is now a $5 charge to get anything notarized now. I asked her when they started charging their customers $5 for this service, she answered, "It has always been our policy, however, we just started really enforcing it this year". She did say that if their customers have a Gold Account then that fee is waived. I have several accounts, including my business account, but apparently none of them are the "Gold" status. I told her I would just go to another bank to get it notarized....even though I have been a loyal customer for years. I called up one of their competitors, Rock Canyon Bank and asked the lady that answered if they charge to get something notarized, she said "Absolutely not, come on over!". Even though I don't bank with Rock Canyon they still offered that service free of charge, and they sat and chatted with me for a few minutes. Big plus in my book! Some people may see my actions as a bit extreme, but it is the "cherry on top" of the whole lack of customer care/satisfaction. I am seriously considering moving my accounts to another bank that cares about each customer. A few of my siblings have already moved their accounts to other banks and my parents are considering it as well. You lost your touch Zions Bank!
