Feedback:

Don’t even bother with this location. The tellers are kind and helpful but the actual bankers don’t have a clue what’s going on and quite frankly are shockingly rude to customers. I live by this location but will purposefully go out of my way to not have to come here.

Customer service and care is more action less slogan. They need to visit macu to see what great customer service looks like.

Currently sitting here at the South Jordan location. 45 minutes and counting waiting for a banker to talk to us. The woman we’re waiting on seems to be having a nice visit with an old friend vs. doing her job. So frustrating. We’d go to another location if we thought it would help but the added time for travel would probably not make this situation any better. I can see why they have so many bad reviews. Would not recommend this location. I wish there was an option for negative stars.

This Zions location is large, has more of their specialty services like private banking in-house, and the staff is usually trained well because they do so much business.

I've been a business customer of Zion's Bank for approximately six months. I've done business in four or five branches along the Wasatch Front during this time period and all of my experiences have been good to date. However, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the excellent care that I have received from the Customer Support team at the South Jordan, UT Branch near Redwood Road and 104th South. I was greatly impressed with the level of service that the Customer Service Manager Janna and a relatively new member to the branch named Sarah have given me the last three times that I've needed assistance with my account. Each time that I have had concerns or questions one or the other has taken the time to listen intently to what I've said, asked me questions to learn more about my business, and come up with well-thought out answers to resolve any difficulties as well as made recommendations for the near future.
