Feedback:

Pulled into drive thru was suppose to be third in line to be helped, ended up waiting 16 minutes, as every car before and three cars after me received help, then pushed call button to see if they forgot me which obviously they did because worker said let me see where your ticket is, so after waiting a few more minutes lady send out receipt and says thanks for waiting patiently.

Zions bank client for 12+ years ever since I opened a savings account getting a dollar for A’s in grade school. Always have been very impressed with the Saratoga branch and its people. From starting a business and opening a business account to just general friendliness and I desire to help. Biggest beef is with Zions Bank generally. Not impressed with online compatibilities and some small accessibility due to it being a smaller size bank

Waited 1 hr for the branch manager to help with a lien release for a loan we have been trying to close for two days. Zions had been painful to work with. We were required to go to a branch in person. Branch manager took his lunch after waiting an hour and told me he'd be back in hour to do it.

Waited almost 2weeks for my car becuase they put the wrong address and then we i got my card they never set me up with a card pin or a online banking dumber or online profile at all!!! I can't even see how much money is on my card it's ridicules everyone at this bank needs to be fired they do not care

I HATE Zions bank!!. If you want to keep your money, stay away as far as you can from this bank!! Ridiculous fees, terrible customer service, ATM deposits are a joke and service in general is horrible. NEVER coming back

Closing my account today....can't deal any longer with unacceptably slow drive thru times. While typing this I'm going on 20 mins for a simple deposit. Horrible attitude and service to boot. Zions is a dying brand...time to move on. Advice- Go literally anywhere else.

It's ridiculous how bad this branch is almost comical! Terrible customer service and staff that don't give a dang.

Do yourself a favor and resist the urge to ever bank at this particular branch. They (including managers) are demeaning and treat customers with disregard. I've never felt as belittled as I have been at this particular branch. We had a run in with one of the managers and had a frank conversation with him and guess what NOTHING CHANGED! Would love to see this branch close and drain the cesspool. (BTW Nate is cool)

Things happen, people have to follow policies, I get it. The manner in which they pushed these policies--freezing my account three times, then telling ME that MY signature is incorrect and needs to change--is just all unprofessional, I have a very mundane signature. The banker was very bossy and impatient from the moment I sat down--I tend to make it a goal to lighten peoples' mood when they are in a customer service roll, I couldn't get anything positive out of this employee. Ultinately: Poor policies, poor execution, poor management. I am seeing a similar trend throughout Zions as a whole, I am slowly moving my banking away entirely from Zions.
