Feedback:

I would like to thank Jennifer for her professional manner and efficiency as she helped me with a banking issue. Most importantly, she spent the time and remained friendly and kind as she helped. I told my husband I received more help with her in that short time than all 40 years of banking put together!

Feedback:

The worst drive up service with completely illiterate tellers. Even if you have had good experiences with other zions locations, don't bank here.

Went in to set up a business account, but to talk to someone at the front desk took 15 minutes to help the person in front of me and they still did not get to me. There was an employee just walking around and never asked if I need help. Left before I got any information because at Chase Bank they were very helpful and I saw enough at Zions to know Chase was going to get my business. Sad because I wanted to support a Utah company.

Feedback:

I have a HELOC with them and I don't have a regular bank account with them so I have to come in to make a payment and almost every time they apply the payment in a way where it pays principle and not the payment which I make clear every time that is what I want done. They are slow at processing info for a HELOC, I am in the process of getting a new one with them and it has taken several weeks and I still don't know what is going on.

HORRIBLE drive thru service. Jessica could really use a lesson in being NICE to the people she is servicing!! Over 30 minute wait in the drive thru because she was "busy" & even went as far to ask if I could see that she was!! EVERY TIME I have to go there for my place of employment it is a good 15-20 minute wait!!

Took a risk, and set up a business account with Zion’s. One month later, and I’ve never regretted a decision more. Zion’s bank is unbelievably slow, unhelpful, and outdated. Last month they “lost” a check that I deposited resulting in an embarrassing call to a client to re-write a check for me. Last week I tried to make a transaction 15 minutes before official closure, and was told I would be better of waiting until tomorrow, or going to another branch so they could “close on time”. Customer service would be given 0 stars if possible, as all of the employees seem to be rude, undereducated, or both.

It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone at the Wasatch Branch in Orem. After a five minute wait it just hung up on me. Also the other day at the drive up window we were in line for 15 minutes with only one car ahead of us in our lane. Actually we watched the other lanes and they also were waiting just as long. I have banked with Zions for over 45 years but their services are getting slower and slower all of the time. I think they have become understaffed.

Run, don’t walk and get as far away as possible. Terrible customer service overall. Outdated policies make Chase Bank feel like I’m borrowing from my granny. Agent on phone said local bank would adjust fees ‘if they were in a good mood that day.’ I guess they were having a bad day.

I really enjoy this branch and the services. Cindi is so great at being a helpful and friendly person. I am happy that I'm able to get my banking done on Saturday when my schedule is full during the week.
