ALWAYS understaffed. What should have been 5 min away from work turns into 35 min.

First off, the service here was quick, and the teller was professional and friendly. I brought in a $75.00 check that was drawn on a Zions Bank account, and I was charged $5.00 to cash it because I don't have an account with the bank. This may be standard practice within the banking industry, but it doesn't seem right that a Zions branch should charge $5.00 to cash a check under $100.00 that's drawn on their bank just because I don't have an account with them. It's not like they can't check their customer's account and see if they have sufficient funds to cover the transaction! Realistically, they shouldn't need to charge more than a dollar or two for the "inconvenience" of taking two minutes (or less) to verify a check drawn on their bank.

Had an awful experience with the Fraud Dept putting an unnecessary hold on my account. The in Branch employees were absolutely wonderful and super helpful in getting my issue resolved that is why I am giving the Branch 5 stars. Thanks, Connor and Annette!

Over draft fee charged my account 3 times, and for absolutely no reason. I went it to talk to someone about it. They ALSO said they didn’t know, AND that I transferred more money than I had in one account, to another on the mobile banking app, which is IMPOSSIBLE, because it won’t let you. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I am going in tomorrow to close my accounts. NEVER BANK WITH ZIONS BANK

Checking deposit slips are always empty outside. It is 11:50 AM and all 4 boxes are empty? Seriously? A few people have mentioned multiple times that they are completely empty (pretty much always).

I almost had to order Domino's since they can deliver at any location and I was at teller outside, plus Domino's also can make vegetarian sandwiches and pizzas, anyways a forever wait....

I have loved working with Jennifer Fillion-Hood at this location. I loved her so much that I gave her permission to have access to my accounts and be my personal banker. It is so nice and convenient to have a personal relationship and to be able to email someone when you need something. I'm grateful for the ease of service they provide.

I really hate that this is the only zions bank im the area i never spend less than 15 min at there drive thru even when there is only 1 other car today i spent 25 min waiting to deposit 1 check! With a very active 3 year old in back. The people are always nice bit they are soooo slllooowww alwaus sayomg tjey are short handed...well maybe you can hier some people
