Currently sitting in the lobby for what has now been over an hour because no one but a manager can help me but no one can tell me when the manager is going to come in. How wonderful can this get!? This is the WORST customer service I have EVER received.

Feedback:

I sat in the drive through waiting 15 minutes for my check to be cashed. When I pressed the call button the older Hispanic woman came back to rudely tell me "you just need to wait okay!" Someone came back 10 minutes later a younger Hispanic girl with long straight hair to tell me that my check couldn't be cashed but couldn't tell me why. They told me they had to verify the check. I called my payroll department on my way to another branch. They cashed the check without hesitation. When the payroll manager called in they told him they had no idea why the women wouldn't cash the check. Horrible experience. Zions should be ashamed to provide that kind of service.

Feedback:

The only reason I am giving one star is because the teller who initially greeted and helped us was very polite. After he introduced us to the branch manager however, the customer service went out the window. Walter informed us that they would not provide notary services unless we had an account with them. He said it was a potential liability because they would not have our information accessible in their system. I said, "Really? Because when I recently visited one of your locations in South Jordan, they didn't have any problem notarizing something for me." He then repeated that they couldn't do it, as it could be a liability. So I went down the street to the America First inside Harmons. I do not have an account there, but was still able to get my document notarized, for free. News flash, Walter: you don't need to pull up anyone's information when notarizing a document. All they need to provide you with is a government issued I.D. Also, if you are trying to meet your quota for new accounts, you may want to consider actually offering services to people, not denying them. I know that I am absolutely NOT motivated to open an account with Zions Bank after this experience.
