I've bought a few things from manager Brad in the past few years. He always said that they offer a buy back guarantee 90% off your invested value on a trade in. However when i took a few item into zeidmans, that were purchased their, they did not honor this agreement. The item i was purchasing was indeed a higher priced item, he just didn't want to take my trade in. Seems like they make up their own rules as they please.
