This place is very odd. You can make an appointment to file your taxes however they will do it after the fact. That doesn’t sound right to me. Any time I’ve had my taxes taken care of I literally get them filed and sent into the IRS that day. Go elsewhere don’t waste your time with this business

Kathy and all the ladies over there are wonderful! I have been using them for the last 4 years now and I have never been happier! Their fee's are very reasonable compared to what I was paying, they are able to answer any questions or concerns that I have, I am able to drop everything off and pick up when it's ready which is normally in the next day or two, the process is fast and I always get my refund very quickly. I cannot tell you how happy I am with Your Tax Lady!

Do not use this office. The people are nice enough, but as I was looking for my 2016 tax returns (in 2018) I realized I needed a copy of that years tax return. Thank god I called. Turns out my 2016 paperwork was NEVER FILED! Had I not needed those copies, my taxes would have never been filed for 2016, TWO YEARS LATER! Not to mention they filed the paperwork incorrectly. I am beyond angry with Your Tax Lady. Save yourself and your business and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
