Client Review on Y-12 Federal Credit Union

Feedback:

Got a new card Friday cause other one expired and never received new one, response was you probably threw it away. We open all our mail. Now today on Saturday, the very next day, can't use the card with plenty of money in our accounts and you can't get anyone on the phone to help. Just credit card fraud dept. And they say you have to talk to customer service on Monday and my son is hungry and we're not home. They tell me the card is not even on the account but it shows on our mobile app, so can't get any resolve until Monday. Not a very customer friendly bank. I guess they figure their customers won't have any problems on the weekends. You know cause life stops Saturday at 12pm and doesn't restart until Monday at 9am. 2nd time something like this has happened to us on a weekend in 4 years with this bank, both times affecting our son and the bank doesn't care. Think it's time for a change!
