This place is miles better than it's competition in Northampton. Fair attitude to buying & selling, reasonable prices, well presented premises & helpful staff. Every time I shop around comparable shops, I almost always find the item is cheaper here.

Best second hand shop in the town, miles better than crack converters. Has some really decent prices too, they're not trying to flog blu rays at the same price as HMV like some second hand shops. Great for musical instruments and accessories, games, retro gear and blu rays.

Best of customer service before buying something, however when going back return a faulty gadget he turns into the most hostile and disrespectful merchant ever..HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Shop at your own risk..

I bought a fishing rod for 20 pounds telling it's branded one. I just want to return it after couple of weeks because, only pouch is branded not what was inside. And the rod was very old school and doesn't function as well .When I went to return it I just say ok I doesn't want full refund just refund me 8 pounds. But they said sorry mate. I can't refund you any at least a pound.So they are not very fair in business. What I recommend is if you want to sell something to them just sell it but don't buy anything from them . Because by any chance if you want to refund it they won't accept even within few weeks.

Guys in there are unprofessional they de value a item without even knowing its value knowledge etc being a musician I wanted to trade in an amp and my les Paul guitar they valued it to a total 250? Are u kidding me amp was like still online 250 and guitar is 600 online second hand I bought for much higher price I mean the original price and was looking for something similar the minute they told me that price just said no thanks and walked off my friend had same experience with PS3 where they said they can do just 35 he got better deal online for 150 and was happy honestly it's only upsetting that the guys don't value stuff and just price its kindda degrading

Best pawn shop in Northampton, we've loved every purchase and are repeat customers :) Don't listen to the idiots complaining, chances are they just wanted both cakes and to scoff the lot! Very decent business, staff and have been very flexible with us.

Would have given a minus if i could. They cannot test and make a demo before buying,so sales advisors, just guys at counter ready to rip you off! Selling imcomplete set of product! Bought a neewer-700 mic at £ 39.00 which is £ 25 online, still did not bother as needed immediately, went home to see missing parts, came back to shop, telling me they cannot do anything to help, no returns!!! Advise me to buy another part for £49 quick to complete the set i bought! Bunch of cheaters! Close that shop! Illegal business,ripping people off with unprofessional staff!
