Banked here for the better part 4 years and had nothing but good experiences.

I have to fax something to the government and they told me to go to my local bank. Well, don’t go here. Didn’t even suggest where else I should go. I’ve never faxed anything in my life it’s 2019.

Forget about calling in and taking to a person. The in-person experience itself is about average, but you are limited to the number of certain in-person transactions you can make each month without being charged. The most annoying thing is that I can't just call in and talk to someone. I've just spent nearly an hour trying to reach someone to ask one simple question, and I still haven't been able to get a hold of anyone.

Wpcu should not be in business! Very fee happy, will take fees on their mistakes. You call and wait forever to talk to someone and then all they do is waste your time. With the IRS you are not allowed to use an HSA account to pay for anything other than medically approved things. So when i paid my car loan, they took the money from my HSA (that i asked them to close a long time ago) and had no money in it and paid the loan then charged me a nsf fee!!! The transfer money that was to pay my loan they deposited into my savings account instead of onto the loan itself. This happened more than once and all they can say is shoot us an email about your experience. I do not have this problem with NAVY FEDERAL or CHASE. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

This is a very good bank with nice staff. Everyone is helpful. Online banking is great. There could be more ATM access though.

Terrible service. Took 30 min to speak with someone then they sent me back to the line so I could speak to someone else when they weren't able to help me.
