Dissatisfied with their customer service. I called to create a MMA and had to leave a voice mail. Tried to create one online, but the link directed me to open a whole other account. Compounding the issue, my credit score was hit with a hard inquiry. When I called see if they could remove the inquiry, I got the run around and was told I would recieve a call back. I'm still waiting after a week. Tempted to withdraw my money.
