Unless you want a huge hassle, don't finance a vehicle with them. We went through them because they initially had the best rate when we bought. After 2 years our credit was better and we decided to refinance with our personal bank, something we've done three times before without issue. Except coming from Woodstone. They seem to want to make the process as difficult as possible. Five months later my bank is still trying to get the title from them and now they're saying I have to take an affidavit to the DMV and pay $31 to complete the process. If this is the process in my state, as Woodstone claims, why did I not have to do this the other 3 times? Every other bank I refinanced from (Harborstone CU, Wells Fargo, etc) just sent the title over and I never had to do a thing. It almost feels like like they're punishing me for leaving.

Not a friendly staff, they don’t seem to actually want to help you or make you feel welcome. Unfortunately this is the branch closest to my house, but I dread when I have to go in. Customer service is not a term that these people are familiar with. I gave two stars for the ONE woman who works here that is kind. I also did get the business the needed to handled, but not a pleasure by any means. Skip this location

The shadiest company I've dealt with in the past couple of years. If you are thinking of financing your car through this company, I suggest you look else where because they will open a savings account for you without your permission or any sort of authorization. This is the most insane thing I've heard of, and now I have to mail in a letter or show up in person to close this account I never authorized in the first place. Never again.

What a nightmare. I have had to make several calls to still get NO HELP. This bank has zero stars for knowledge of its own product. I am removing all of my money, and accounts from this Bank. I would not trust them with a Piggy Bank!The website is even worse. Advertisements and garbage in your face, while trying to manage your accounts!!!!! This bank is a total failure. There is only ONE location also. And they expect you to drive hundreds of miles all the way there to do business. My car payment is Due July 3rd, and she told me I shall receive the statement on July 13th. ????? Does that make any sense to anyone?!!!! Lol

They don't want to push a button and go the extra mile for paying customers. Let's see I needed to postpone my auto payment for a few extra days but they need a two day advance notice? Hmmm let's see how hard is it to go into a computer and click undo or whatever it is. I seriously doubt it's that complicated but rather than go the extra mile they'd rather just make things more difficult for me.

Horrible place to have an account, its a new day and age and almost everything they have for systems is behind.I was a former employee and i was let go over something i think i could have had a warning on. it put me in a really bad place, i couldn't get hired anywhere, and i was denied any other compensation. So it was extremely difficult to pay my bills. Management likes to talk privately in front of you, about you. I don't feel like the employees are treated with much respect, so its almost always an a tense environment. So maybe before you apply or open an account, have a look around and see if it would be a place for you.

If you wanna constantly get screwed over then i highly recommend woodstone. I had my car financed through here and they lost my payments several times, and im still battling a major issue that happened almost a year ago. If you wanna keep your hair and not have a heart attack from all the stress then stay clear as far as you can.
