Feedback:

OLD SCHOOL BANKING. You get checks, and that's it. No new technology, their "new" website is a disaster, worst than the last one. No mobile deposit. They have been saying for years that they are getting it, never happens nor will it happen. Everything is so 1980. They charge you an ATM monthly fee and I never use the darn ATM. Went there for a home loan with a 750 credit score and 4 years of banking there and they denied me, but ALL other banks were willing to give me one and I didn't even bank at those. After this new website being worse, I HAVE to look elsewhere to have my business accounts. This bank is good for a teenager, but not personal or professional. I hate being frustrated every month. and their lobby and banking hours are just terrible. Like I said, if you liked the 1980 style of banking, this is the bank for you 75+ ers.

Not happy that lobby is not open on Saturdays. For some of us the only time to get to a bank is on the weekend. Can't bring change in through the drive through. Can't discuss much except for cash a check, make a deposit or take out money. Very impersonal.
