This branch can't even pick up a phone call when you call them. Even during a non busy hour. I call a different state i get get answered right away. But oh let me call the one closest to me and they make it seem like it is such a hassle to answer.

Their service is very poor there. They don't know what they are doing. They are always messing up my accounts and I have to pay the over draft fees. They have done this for over a year now. I am just about done with them. The only reason I opened was for the convience for when I traveled to visit in VA there is one there too. This is awful.....!!!
