I have been blessed with banking with WNC Community Credit Union since 1995. I would never go anywhere else. They are so patient with all of my children and even take the time to answer all of their financing questions and take them seriously. Once, we were turned down for a loan about 18 years ago because it would be too much of a financial strain after they calculated income and bills and the amount of the loan we were trying to get. NO big bankers have ever looked out for us the was WNC Community Credit Union has. I recommend them to everyone I talk to about banks. I LOVE our bank!

Best folks a bank can have. Not like the others.. The tellers, Julie, Beth, Harriet ( Hannah) and "the arm snatcher" (Elsa) at the drive up window are beyond the best in the business!! Love y'all!! I'm sure all the other staff are just as wonderful but these are the ones I deal with the most on a daily basis face to face.. Never had a bank treat their customers so good. THANKS Y'ALL!!!

Visited this location the other day to open a checking account. I confirmed with them about all materials I needed to bring in order to open the account and again went to the bank today. Unfortunately now after going twice they inform me that I need even more information and would not accept a bill from my internet company as a form of address, even though I also had my passport and drivers license.After unimpressive customer service, I will be taking my account business elsewhere
