Terrible place to work unless you know the director. If you know Marvin, then you might have a chance of advancement. Agents have been temporary for 2+ years without offer of going permanent. Helpdesk manager is not technical, yet he manages tech support agents, not logical. I advise to not work here unless you need the experience, then just go somewhere better once you have it. They do not take care of their employees. I don't know who kids pictures is the image on maps, but just shows you how unprofessional this company really is.
