William is a wonderful guy! I bought a pair of beautiful peridot earrings this summer for my mother in law at his store, and just recently a watch for my husband for Xmas. My husband unfortunately told me he wasn't interested in wearing a watch, and I went to the store to return it. William treated me with such kindness and grace, and didn't make me feel uncomfortable one bit. I will return to his store, again and again to purchase from him. He has a very nice kept store and takes care of the most important part, people. Thank you William for being such a great local business owner. I'm a customer for life!
