When I walked into the store, the employee did not greet me as he was on the phone. I walked to the counter and he did not end his phone conversation, but he nonchalantly asked "can I help you?" I explained that I needed a new battery watch. He took my watch, walked back and continued his phone conversation as he installed my new battery. It only took him about 5-8 minutes to install the new battery. After the installation he walked back to the counter and was still on the phone as I checked out. He did not offer me a receipt, so I had to ask for it. He never made eye contact with me nor did he thank me coming in. While the service was very quick, the employee lacked customer service. I was the only customer in the store and felt that I should've been appreciated and serviced much better. As a previous employee in the retail industry, I believe that each customer should recieve high-quality customer service. Thank you for your efficiency in installing my new watch battery, but I would've appreciated better customer service and a more personable experience. I pass this store every day, but I will not return for any other service.
