Wow!!! What a great experience I had with this credit union. Krista on 1st street was so friendly and helpful. Krista always greets me with a smile and is always so polite and helpful. Also the crew on outlet blvd are always so nice. Thanks for the great customer service!!!

The drive thru teller Cassidy is outstanding! I don’t come to the branch very often but Cassidy remembered me and always takes care of my payments. She is always friendly and smiling. While I’m waiting for my transaction in the drive thru she is finishing up with the customer in the other lane and making sure they are getting more then satisfactory service. Quality is more then quantity and I appreciate all the hard work and efforts she puts into me as a member of Westmark.

If there was an option for no stars, I would have chosen it. I’m not sure if it’s a company wide lack of customer service or just this branch. I’m not impressed with anything this credit union has to offer- I just had limited options in Idaho Falls and unfortunately ended up with west mark. Don’t let them fool you when they say they will “refund” an overage charge- because they say one thing then will deny ever offering you that and make you argue your case for a half hour- the literal opposite of customer service.

My dad's card chipped from swiping it a little too roughly and it really sucks because we tried using scotch tape to try and swipe, it didn't work, and there is no option to enter a card number at the ATM so we have to wait until Monday to access the account and get money out. This bank is okay but I wouldn't specifically recommend it. If you leave out of state they won't let you use your card unless you tell them you're leaving a few days prior... Their service is usually pretty good but the bank is relatively inconvenient.

Bad service on loan payment issues. I called them and asked if I could make a payment on my loan shortly before they closed due to me getting out of work at a later time, and all they told me was to go to the website to accomplish that task. Little did I know that I needed information from customer service that I was unable to get due to the fact that they were closed. I give them a one star rating due to their highly unreliable customer service.

Yes. Please implement a new online payment system, which won’t load or work, and then charge me $8 to make a payment over the phone. Hahaha pass. Not pleased Westmark.

The 1st street branch is FREAKN AMAZING!!! I have never seen so many smiles going into a bank!! The tellers are so kind and greet you when you enter and the thing that impressed me the most, they remember my name when I go in!! I love going in! Everyone is so kind there!! Heck of an awesome bank and heck of an awesome staff!! Well done!!
