The worst bank in the world. Keeps shutting card down for no reason and never notifies me. Deposited a check into my husband's account. Lied to me and hung up on me when I asked why my account has been temporarily shut down . No one to talk to in a Sunday. Can't use card in Mexico. Terrible!!

Not being open on weekends is highly inconvenient. The company doesn’t even have customer service for its customers on weekends. 👎 UPDATE: You have access to customer service for your customers for THREE hours over the weekend. Meanwhile your competition offers customers better access to their funds 24/7. Anyone with a bank account knows there will always be those rare but freakish incidences where they need to speak with staff in order to obtain their money in an instant, and online access (or a whole three hours) won't be able to save them. Haha - you are definitely losing me as a customer due to the inconvenient changes.
