Feedback:

Good luck trying to get a call back from this branch office. We have been customers at WSFCU for over 25 years and my husband was on their Board pf Directors at one time. This branch ought to be ashamed of their lack of customer service. Bixby and Downtown branches are both 5 star and we will make the longer drive to do business with them.

I've been a member of this credit union since 2014 when I used one of their auto loan programs to finance the purchase of a used car. To be honest, everything was alright back then. When the car was payed off, it was a total nightmare trying to find my title. They took weeks and kept making excuses as to why they couldn't locate it. I should have learned from this incompetence but sadly I did not. Most recently, I came into the main branch and deposited a cashier's check and filled out paperwork to get a debit card. That was August 31st, 2018. It's September 17, 2018. I still don't have the card. So, I went in last tuesday to check on it because I really needed to use the card to make some online purchases. I was told by a Mrs. Cleta Sturm that it was still processing and it should come any time. She said I had to wait a full 14 business days from the day I placed the order for the card to reorder another. It still hadn't arrived by friday September 14, 2018 and I called the branch to ask for an update. A teller answered the phone and put me on hold. When she returned she asked for my social security number and name and then she began searching for my order. According to the teller, Mrs. Sturm failed to mention that the original order on August 31, 2018 was never actually entered into the system. Mrs. Sturm ordered the card for me without saying a word about it on 9/11/2018. I was just reassured that it was on the way and to keep looking for it. I let her know when I came in how important it was that I receive it soon. Now it's 9/17/2018. The mail has come today and it still hasn't arrived. My next step will be to close my accounts and transfer my money elsewhere. I've experienced similar trouble with other banks in the past, but in every case they offered to order an expedited replacement and they were honest about their mistakes. These people are unprofessional and dishonest. I would recommend avoiding the headache and frustration of not being able to access your money by going literally anywhere else.

Love banking here, great customer service, great hours (7:30am and 6pm is unheard of!), very friendly and welcoming...I just wish someone would answer the phone. I have ran into issues several times where I call and am always routed to leave a voicemail. Granted, they return the call, but much later in the day or next day. It would be faster to go inside and ask your questions at that rate, but thats rather inconvinient.

Only bank to give me a vehicle loan, and with a comparatively low rate considering the faulty credit history. Even TTCU, with which I have direct deposit set up with for work, wouldn't even refinance my car after a year of clean payment history. Then WSFCU gave me an unsecured loan to help rebuild credit. Will most certainly be moving my direct deposits over from TTCU as soon as I get it set up.Thanks Western Sun, all I needed was a little trust, and to be treated like a person.

Great bank very helpful got a car loan very quickly. Only problem i have with them is they never answer the phone for example been call today since 7:30 probally bout 6 times left number and a message but nothing.

Best experience I had when coming to getting a auto loan. They worked with me when Noone else would. They got me a lot better rate then everyone in town could. Courtney was amazing help and I would do more business in future, as well as recommend them to everyone.

I pay a loan for a friend every month at the BA branch. I thank God every time I leave that I don’t bank there. All the women there are older, rude, has been “waitress type”. They are soooo rude and impersonal. They talk about their personal life with other co workers when they are supposed to be assisting the customer, (and I doubt any of them possess one) you are never looked at in your eyes and are always made to believe that you’re an inconvenience. Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE but there.
